My name is Diana Beggs and I am an International Medical Graduate from Ecuador living in Canada. As part of my education towards getting my physician's certification in this country, I touched paths with Deirdre Coyle, an aesthetic nurse and teacher. By reviewing her background, knowledge and experience and a cosmetic teacher, I pursued and completed a Medical Aesthetic Injector course with her. 
During this course, I was able to learn from her expertise in anatomy, physiology and cosmetic procedures to enhance a person's image. Besides, along with her guidance with me making over 15 injections, I found her method of teaching, assessing and instruction to be accurate, professional, careful and detailed. She is a methodic and organized person who is able to share her knowledge and guide the students towards accurate and safe procedures, giving positive feedback after completion. 
The content of the course is detailed and passionate towards personal image: correct and safe administration of botox and dermal fillers, as well as setting realistic goals for our patients using adequate techniques to minimize side effects. 
I found her mentoring and skills as teacher to be valuable and applicable in our daily practice as cosmetic injectors. The knowledge and training I received during this course is excellent and definitely compliments my medical practice in order to enhance a patient's lifestyle and self-esteem.
